This website (businessofracing.com) is operated by The Business of Racing, a joint venture between Fastworld Sports Marketing (Valencia, Spain) and ATP Ltd (United Kingdom). For the purposes of data protection law, the joint data controllers are Fastworld Sports Marketing and ATP Ltd.

What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry form:

  • Your name
  • Your company or organisation (optional)
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The details of your enquiry (group size, preferred format and your message)

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking technologies on this website, and we do not collect any data automatically beyond what your browser and our hosting provider record as standard server logs.

How we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss and arrange our services. Our lawful basis is your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries about our services. We do not use your data for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to both founders — Mark Grimes (mark@fastworldsports.com) and Steve Prosser (sales@atpf1.com). To deliver the form we use the following processors:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — processes the form submission and emails it to us.
  • Our email providers, which receive and store the enquiry.
  • Our website host, which serves the site.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) apply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted. [Confirm your retention period.]
